The lean body challenge has proved tremendously popular so far this year with people queuing up to get involved and the results literally staggering with many people losing as much as a stone (7kg) and more in 21 to 28 days. Over 500 people have been through the programme to date with some complete body transformations occurring in the time period.

Check out the Lean Body Website and see some of those results for yourself!

The challenge was created by high performance strength and conditioning coach Brendan Chaplin in response to many of the ‘fad’ style diets that are out there. The LBC emphasises smart training and quality nutritional habits as well as community spirit to get nothing short of outstanding results in record time. It also has a goal of teaching people how to design their diets and programmes moving forwards and learn about the principles of training giving them a metaphorical ‘toolbox’ of techniques they can use in their own training.

Now for the first time Brendan is bringing the theory and practical application of the challenge into a 1 day certification course which aims to teach the participants ALL the aspects of the LBC both from a nutritional side as well as the exercise side.

Participants will be certified as a Lean Body Trainer Level 1, and be eligible to run their own Lean Body Challenge using all the materials post course.

In this course you will learn:

How to design programmes with a goal to reduce body fat whilst maintaining and developing muscle mass

Nutritional strategies specifically designed to optimise fat loss whilst still addressing performance goals in your clients and athletes

The hierarchy of fat loss training and exercise techniques. The best sessions to use and why. Both the theory and practical side. You will be able to design and more importantly COACH your clients with this knowledge.

Brendan’s client levels giving you the opportunity to programme more accurately for different levels of fitness and aptitude.

High performance exercise strategies which are transferable to everyday clients, athletes, and weekend warriors alike.

Volume and intensity considerations that MUST be considered in order to prevent burnout, injury and to optimise fat loss gains.

Just what is possible in 3-4 weeks of training and why

Key supplements to use for fat loss and performance goals.

On completion of the course you will be a certified Lean Body Trainer Level 1 and be eligible to run you’re own Lean Body Challenge and for a monthly fee you will be able to access ALL the Lean Body materials and resources including the email campaign, facebook group, support network and paid resources such as the Lean Body Cookbook, supplement stacks and Lean Body Method Ebook (not yet released).
